About DataCertPrep
DataCertPrep is an independent certification prep platform for data and cloud professionals, built and maintained by a practicing data engineer with 15+ years across analytics, data platforms, and cloud — and holder of multiple Microsoft, Databricks, and cloud data certifications.
It exists because most prep options are one of two bad extremes: expensive per-exam question banks, or free community dumps full of wrong answers. We think one subscription should cover your whole certification path — accurately.
How the content is built
Built from official exam guides
Every question bank, study guide, and flashcard deck starts from the current official exam guide and domain blueprint for that certification — never from community dumps, which are frequently wrong, outdated, and a violation of exam NDAs.
Scenario-based, like the real exam
Modern cloud and data exams test judgment, not recall. Our questions put you in a scenario and make you choose between plausible options — and every explanation covers why each wrong answer is wrong.
Domain-weighted readiness
Your readiness score is weighted by the official domain weights, so a weak 30% domain hurts your score more than a weak 10% domain — exactly like the real exam.
Dated verification, per certification
Each certification page shows the date its content was last verified against the official exam guide. When a provider retires or revises an exam, we re-verify and update the date.
