Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms are a plain-language description of how DataCertPrep works and what we expect from users. They are not a lawyer-drafted document. Questions? Email support@datacert-prep.com.
The service
DataCertPrep (datacert-prep.com) provides practice questions, study guides, flashcards and practice exams to help you prepare for data and cloud certification exams. By using the site you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your account
- You sign in with Google or with a one-time link sent to your email address.
- An account is for one person. Don't share your sign-in or let others use your subscription.
- You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@datacert-prep.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
Free and paid plans
- The free plan gives a sample of every certification, as described on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are subscriptions — Essentials $4.97/month or $49/year; Plus $9.97/month or $99/year; Pro $14.97/month or $149/year where offered — charged in US dollars through Stripe. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from Manage billingon your dashboard, which opens Stripe's customer portal.
- Full access covers the resources published for each course. Courses differ in size, and each course page shows what is currently available.
- If you think you've been charged in error, email support@datacert-prep.com and we'll look into it.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- copy, resell, republish or bulk-download the questions, guides or other content;
- scrape the site or access it with automated tools (normal search-engine crawling of public pages is fine);
- try to get around access limits or interfere with the site's security;
- post live exam content, other people's personal data, or abusive or unlawful material in discussions.
We may remove posts, or suspend accounts, that break these rules.
Content you post
You keep ownership of comments and testimonials you submit. By posting them you let DataCertPrep display them on the site. Testimonials are reviewed before they are published; discussion comments appear straight away and may be removed if they break these terms.
Accuracy and independence
- Content is study material written to each vendor's published exam guide. It is drafted with AI assistance and can contain mistakes — please report any you find. Always check the vendor's current official exam guide before you book an exam.
- Practice scores show which areas need work. They don't predict or guarantee an official exam result.
- DataCertPrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any certification vendor. Vendor, exam and product names are trademarks of their owners.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided as is, and features, courses and content may change over time. To the extent the law allows, DataCertPrep is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
